Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.0 — published July 31, 2026 · Part of the Terms of Service
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the Sheetward platform, its hosting, and its AI features, operated by Semabytes Corp. It forms part of the Sheetward Terms of Service: by creating an account you agree to follow it, and breaking it is a breach of those Terms. Serious or repeated violations can lead to suspension or termination of an account, and a termination for breach forfeits any refund you would otherwise have been eligible for. Questions or abuse reports: compliance@sheetward.com.
Applications you may not build or host
You can build and host a wide variety of business applications on Sheetward. You may not build, host, or export an application that: engages in or facilitates illegal activity, including human trafficking or the sale of illegal goods; distributes malware or spyware, injects malicious code, or harvests credentials through deceptive sign-in forms; promotes violence, discrimination, or severe harassment of a person or group; operates a fraud or a scam, including high-yield investment programmes and multi-level marketing schemes; or hosts sexually explicit material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that targets minors with adult themes.
This list describes categories, not loopholes. If an application is designed to harm people, it is prohibited whether or not it matches one of the descriptions above.
Using the AI features honestly
The AI assistant and the App Specification drafting tools exist to help you build on Sheetward. You may not: attempt to bypass their safety filters, extract system prompts, or induce them to run malicious instructions; use them to mass-produce spam, deceptive marketing, or scraped filler content; ask them to produce code intended to attack, exploit, or gain unauthorised access to systems; or use them to impersonate a real person, or to pose as a licensed medical, legal, or financial professional.
Platform and resource abuse
So the platform stays stable for everyone, you may not: overload the infrastructure, whether through denial-of-service traffic or deliberately abusive queries; use the hosting for cryptocurrency mining, video rendering, or high-bandwidth file distribution; or reverse-engineer the Sheetward app-generation engine or any other Semabytes Corp. software. Your plan limits apply as published; working around them by technical means is a violation of this policy.
Enforcement and reporting
We investigate reports and credible signals of abuse, and we may inspect an application or its AI activity where that is necessary to investigate a suspected violation, protect the Service, or comply with the law — consistent with the Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle Customer Content generally. Depending on severity we may warn you, remove or disable specific content, suspend access, or terminate the account. Where the violation is serious — active harm to others, or unlawful content — we may act immediately and without prior notice.
If you find an application on Sheetward that breaks this policy, report it to compliance@sheetward.com with the application address and what you saw. We treat abuse reports as a priority.
Changes
We may update this policy as the platform and the abuse landscape change. When we do, we will change the version and date above. Because it is part of the Terms of Service, material changes follow the notice process described there.
