Change or cancel your plan
Updated Aug 12, 2026
Plan changes are self-service. If your team grows, shrinks, or wants a different billing interval, any workspace admin makes the change directly. No support ticket needed.
Who can change the plan?
Any workspace admin can switch plans or the billing interval from the Admin console. Cancelling (or renewing) the plan is the workspace owner's alone — the owner is the workspace's single point of contact.
What you can do
| I want to… | What happens | Anything to check first? |
|---|---|---|
| Upgrade | The new plan's higher limits apply. | No — the limit check applies only to downgrades. |
| Downgrade | You move to a smaller plan. | Yes — your workspace must already fit the new plan's limits (for example, its number of apps or languages). The console tells you exactly what to reduce first. |
| Switch billing interval | You pick monthly or annual when you confirm the plan. | Choose the interval on the same screen where you pick the plan. |
| Cancel | You keep full access until the current billing period ends. After that, the plan's grace and expiry rules apply. | Nothing disappears the moment you click — you finish out what you paid for. |
Change your plan
- Go to Admin console → Plans (workspace admins).
- Pick the plan you want and a billing interval.
- Click Confirm.
Downgrading while your workspace is over the new plan's limits — say, more apps than the smaller plan allows? The console lists exactly what to reduce first, so nothing breaks silently after the switch.
Cancel your plan
- Go to Admin console → Plans.
- Click Cancel plan (workspace owner only).
Your workspace stays fully usable until the billing period ends. After that, it follows the plan's grace and expiry rules.
Good to know
- A time-limited free trial can't be renewed in place. To keep going after the trial, switch to a paid plan.
- The Billing tab keeps a history of every plan change, so you can always see what changed and when.
