Choose the right plan — what Basic, Pro, Max and Enterprise include
Updated Aug 15, 2026
Your plan decides how much room your workspace has to grow. It sets how many people can join, how many apps you can run, how much you can store, and which extras you get. Pick a plan that fits your team today; you can switch anytime as your needs change.
Where to see the plans
- The sign-up page shows the current plan catalog with prices, so you can compare before you commit.
- Already signed up? Go to Admin console → Plans to see the same comparison and switch plans.
What changes from tier to tier
The tiers differ in three ways: the limits you get, the benefits included, and the level of support behind you.
| What varies | Examples | Why it matters to you |
|---|---|---|
| Limits | Users, apps, standalone apps, storage | How big your team and its work can grow before an upgrade makes sense |
| Benefits | Additional app languages, dashboards per app, forms per app | Richer apps — for example, a purchase-order app with more forms and dashboards, offered in your team's languages (some benefits come with an annual plan) |
| Support | Community, AI assistant, human tickets | How quickly you get help when something blocks your team |
What support do you get?
| Support channel | Who gets it |
|---|---|
| Community | Every tier |
| AI assistant | Pro and above |
| Human tickets | Max and above |
| Response-time commitment (SLA) | Enterprise |
Good to know
- Billing is monthly or annual, depending on the plan offer. Some benefits — like extra dashboards per app — may be reserved for annual plans.
- The live catalog on the sign-up page and in Admin console → Plans always shows the exact numbers — users, apps, storage and so on. Check there for current figures.
- Ready to switch or stop? See Change or Cancel your plan for the steps.
