Two kinds of apps: standard apps and surveysStart here
Sheetward builds two kinds of apps, each from its own workbook. A standard app (from Form_ sheets) manages business records — invoices, assets, orders — that your team creates, edits and works with over time. A survey app (from Survey_ sheets) collects responses from people: publish it, share the link or QR code, and every submission arrives as a record.
A workbook picks one side: Form_ sheets or Survey_ sheets, never both — mixing them is an error, because a survey app behaves differently by design. Each member gets one response per survey (updatable while it stays open), record visibility is always restricted so members see only their own response, and publishing shows the world only the survey, never the collected responses. One workbook holds one survey — a second Survey_ sheet is an error; make it its own app.
